I’ve admired Cath from the moment I met her. Through our jobs at the time, I had the opportunity to see her in action with youth in our community, and it was always a master class experience. In this episode, we begin with Cath sharing her thoughts about 2020, where we find ourselves, and the opportunities for learning. We also talked about the evolution of her spirituality and her passion for community building. The story about how a healing hermitage was built in her back yard will make you smile and confirm your faith in humanity. In addition, Cath offers perspective about work-life balance and prioritizing self-care, as well as nurturing relationships with other women. We concluded with Cath sharing what she would say to the 20-something version of herself and what she’s looking forward to in the next year, personally and professionally. Enjoy!
