Follow along or just watch this advanced demonstration of the head stand in lotus posture. The head stand in lotus position is the favored final position for the legs because prana, or life force, is not lost through the feet. Before you try it, you need to be sure to have a very comfortable seated lotus posture so that you don’t hurt your knees. Demonstrated by Jan. Speaker: Sita.
