Special Guest Lauren Irick joins us and shares how to tune into our bodies and reframe how we approach food, fitness & weight loss.

Lauren is a Women's Holistic Health and Fitness Coach, she teaches women how to make empowered and informed decisions around food so they can look and feel their absolute best.

Lauren competed as an IFBB Professional Bikini Competitor and was ranked 12th in the world, but even then she did not feel satisfied with her body and her life, this along with health related issues pushed her onto her journey into holistic health. She now has helped hundreds of women repair their relationship to food, heal, and start feeling confident in their bodies and empowered in their decisions.

Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable on all things body, weight loss, and health. I love her holistic approach and focus on self love and body love as being the main motivation and intention with food and fitness. I am so excited to share this convo with you, I always learn so much when I speak to Lauren. It is such a gift to have her on here, she is such a wealth of knowledge!
