Carlie Saint-Laurent Beaucejour is a registered dietitian nutritionist. Who focuses on helping people optimize their health through nutrition. Her philosophy is to eat what you crave. She helps her clients reach their health goals, prevent and treat health conditions in a realistic, personal, and non-restrictive way. Her transformative approach has helped her clients shift their mindset around food to help them reach their goals and feel confident in how they nourish their body, mind and spirit.
