How are you feeling today? Nauseated? Headache? Diarrhea? Is it the flu? Or is it something you ate? Food poisoning is more common than you think with one out of six of us being infected every year. In this week’s episode we’ll discuss common causes of food poisoning, how to treat it, and, better yet, how to avoid it.
