In this episode, we will discuss how your beliefs can affect your social anxiety, and all have to do with making your world smaller. I use the analogy of walking around in a tiny box to explain how closed-mindedness impacts social anxiety.
The inspiration for this episode came when I fell upon a TikTok asking, "If you grew up believing dinosaurs weren't real, how was your childhood? Are you ok?" And someone replied to it.
Listen in to find out what her reply was and how it relates to this episode. I promise it's worth a listen!
