Aging is inevitable but slowing down aging is well in our control. Diet & nutritional deficiencies deeply impact how our skin shows up in the younger years & it also sets the foundation for how your skin ages in future.

20s & 30s are possibly the best years on one's life. This is also the time when women invest much of their energy and resources in looking & feeling great.

However, these years of life are also full of energy, passion, career building, family set-up and lots of responsibilities. Collectively, lifestyle during these years of life takes a toll on the diet that women consume leading to multiple skin issues.

Deepti is certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) & holds Masters Degree in Yoga. She teaches Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa & Yin Yoga. She is also a certified Ayurveda Lifestyle Practitioner, an ICF certified wellness coach, corporate wellness trainer, speaker and an author.

Deepti has been awarded with “Make in India” Award for her contribution in the field of nutrition. She has been a speaker at Dehradun Literature Festival & has been featured in various online & print publications. She conducts health & wellness programs in corporates, organizations & schools including LG Electronics, Pitney Bowes, Navatar, Amity University, IMPA (Image Management Professionals Association) & Kothari International School. Deepti writes articles for international health & wellness magazines.
