Anchal Pilani is an experienced Yoga & Wellness professional with her roots in India & Dubai. She trains in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Ariel, Yin Yoga and has conducted classes nationally and internationally. She has been associated with prestigious names for her Yoga collaborations and Yoga festivals while also conducting conversations with experts in Ayurveda wellness domain. Anchal is continuing her education in Natural Healing, Ayurveda, Vedanta, Yoga, Hiking and Fasting & Detoxification.

While trying to balance her corporate profile, Anchal started her Yoga journey in New York. From a corporate American job in Google to full-time Yoga, Anchal has built upon her teaching & self-practice over years. She has learnt and practiced with some of the best Yoga Teachers in this world, thus helping her develop a unique teaching style.

After her self-discovery with Yoga, Anchal desires to gain knowledge on how to live to the best human potential, thus Ayurveda happened to her. Following the truths of Ayurveda has kept her Yoga practice steady, and body light. After trying many diets she finally found her balance with food in Ayurveda.

Anchal has been true to adopting and living a Yogic, Vedanta & Ayurveda lifestyle amidst modern standards of living, and has developed a keen interest in Sanskrit, Bhagwad Gita & Vedic Mantras.
