This year has already been very up and down and now going into the holiday season, it can be even tougher on us mentally. How do we stay connected when we have to stay apart? Today we are digging into creative ways to stay connected to our family and loved ones.
It’s more important than ever to make sure we are staying close to people that are important to us, and whether that is through skype, zoom, or some other digital method, we have to stay creative and stay in touch with. It matters to your mental health.
