Coaches are adaptation managers for their clients and as we head into a new year, it's critical to understand the importance of stress progressions. What was originally coined "General Adaptation Syndrome" was an oversimplification of the physiological processes that are going on so this episode dives a bit deeper, looking at cortisol's relationship to these responses.
