The Importance of Positivity (Mental Note)
Manage episode 284645065 series 2794882
In today’s episode, I wanted to talk about how your physical and mental health are connected. Our energy levels, how we handle news we receive, and how we process all the things that come at us, are all directly connected to both our physical and mental health.
Now I’m not saying that we have to force fake happiness and pretend that everything is great. But what we can do is have a positive outlook even though we don’t know what the future holds. There is much scientific evidence that backs up how your mindset affects the physical. This is because our physical and mental health is so tightly connected.
We all go through really hard times, and we shouldn’t pretend otherwise, but we can still work on a positive outlook during these trying times because it will help to brighten our mood, as well as help, make us feel better.
