Sailing along with this revelation and working exceptionally hard to make it to the other end, Kevin grew impressively: from tech sales to sales leadership, his growth curve was as rewarding as possible. Today, working as the Sales Manager at Lattice, he realizes the mammoth of a journey he’s taken, fighting insecurities, learning the ins and outs of the trade, and winning customer trust with his intrinsic traits of vulnerability, and understandability, leadership, grit, and courage.
