What would you do if you your life as you knew it came to an end? How would you cope? What would you choose to do next? And COULD YOU BE HAPPY?

Today Courtney Runyon takes us through her story of starting to have numbness in her thumb which turned into neck down paralysis and a diagnosis of Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP). In less than a year, life as she knew it changed dramatically and Courtney took courageous action and reimagined her life

Her story is a powerful story but her wisdom and insight left a deep impact on my soul. I hope that you get as much from hearing this podcast as I did getting to host this conversation.
