As women the societal pressure of our body image is a battle we all face, from the little comments we make about weight, to fashion trends and the overall media representation of how we as women should look. Today Emma talks to Erin about her story with body image and the impact it has had on her. They talk about their frustration with the body standards we are expected to maintain and offer amazing advice to new mums who are jumping into exercise after having a baby!
I'm Emma, I have always had a passion for fitness and after having my second baby I knew it was time for me to do something for myself, I followed my dream of becoming a personal trainer. I am a certified pre/post natal trainer who works closely with a Women's Health Physiotherapist to ensure women get the best care and support.
I am also a proud member of the MumSafe™ team of fitness professionals who provide safe and effective exercise at every stage of motherhood.
