Ben Chadwick has served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Boston Red Sox organization the past 8 years. He just completed his 2nd season in AAA with the Worcester Red Sox after splitting the previous 6 years between AA Portland, High-A Salem, and Rookie GCL Red Sox. In 2015, he served as the strength and conditioning coach for Leones del Caracas of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League. Prior to his work in the Red Sox organization, he interned under former Red Sox strength and conditioning consultant Mike Boyle as well as with the University of South Carolina Gamecocks football team during the 2014 season. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2013 with a degree in Kinesiology.
