Victoria shares regrets about staying in relationships too long, allowing the relationship to sour and tarnish the good memories. This leads to a conversation about how to recognize the signs that a relationship is about to sour, and what we can do to evolve and change. This is also not just about romantic and personal relationships!
Relationships can be with ourselves, our hobbies, nature, finances, work and a lot of other things!
Shadoe shares regrets about her relationship with exercise. Growing up as a person in a large body, she used a lot of negative self-talk to motivate herself. As she learned more about being nicer to herself, she stopped exercising completely. We then have a discussion about how to find the joy in exercise vs using exercise as a punishment.
We also talk about Shadoe's experience with an exercise rehabilitation program and the concept of Legacy Goals.
