With this simple three step model, you can flip from a life of survival to one of freedom.
In part three of this series we explore the power of the 80/20 rule! Learn how to escape the status quo by shifting your focus to the vital 20%. Unlock your next level by focusing more on your unique ability and eliminating, delegating or outsourcing the 80% that's keeping you in the rut.
ACTION STEP FROM THE EPISODE:
Draw a line down the center of a piece of paper and on the left side write down as many things that you do in your life as possible. Then on the right side only move or write the things you want to be doing, whether they're on the left side or not. From that list, identity 1-2 things that definitely fit into your 20%—work that energizes you even if it's challenging.
