Do you find yourself exercising and putting in the time at the gym, just to throw all of your hard work away with your eating habits? Or maybe you feel like you "burn" off the calories that you are consuming but you're not seeing the results that you want to see from the work that you are putting in? We have struggled with this exact excuse!!
Always working harder in the gym and using it as a reward for that next night out, getting desert with dinner, maybe it's a special coffee drink...things add up and we find that a lot of us have an unrealistic awareness of how many calories we are actually burning versus what we are consuming.
