Self-determined behaviors consist of:
- Motivated by internal rewards
- Driven by interest, enjoyment, or satisfaction
- Feel in control of yourself and your life
Non-Self-Determined Behaviors
- Motivated by external rewards
- Driven by responsibility or obligation
- Feel a lack of control of yourself and your life
