  3. One Thing of Consequence (something that moves my business forward, or my creative pursuits forward)
  4. Life Admin Task (something for my home, my life, my kids, things like errands, phone calls, appointments, repairs, etc.)
  5. Fun & Joy (something I’ll do that’s just for me, just for fun, that brings me happiness)
