Maya Acosta welcomes Diana Licalzi and Jose Tejero, the creators of The Type 2 Diabetes Revolution, in today’s episode. They discuss the prevalence of Type 2 diabetes and the importance of a plant-based whole food approach in managing and potentially reversing the condition.

Diana Licalzi is a nationally-recognized Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist and holds her Master's in Nutrition Science & Policy. Jose Tejero is an exercise physiologist with a degree in Exercise Science and two-time Ironman Triathlete.
