Here's where it gets real!
Well, okay, it has been real before, but today we dive in a little deeper.
We're going to engage the mean voice in our head. You know the one. Yep. That one. And we're going to go toe-to-toe with it.
If that excites you, or causes a bit of anxiety, or even interests you in the slightest....please join in!
When I do this set of 5 simple steps, I get different results every time. But each time is just as powerful AND it's exactly what I need in the moment!
Here's what we do:
1. Push Yourself Aside.
2. Listen.
3. Have a Conversation
4. Ask a Key Question - "What would happen if we worked together?"
5. Live and Ponder.
That's it!
I think you'll be surprised with the results. I always am! In fact, it's never something I want to do....but it's always so powerful I wonder why I resisted it in the first place. Maybe because it goes to places I don't think I'm ready for...
