Can you relate?! You feel like you are doing everything right when it comes to your nutrition, you're drinking water, maybe you gave up soda, alcocohol, etc, you're eating a salad for lunch, keeping your snacking to a minimum but you're not seeing the results you are looking for. Maybe the scale isn't moving, your clothes are fitting the same, you still feel bloating, your still tired/fatigued and you're ready to throw in the towel on this "health" thing.
Do I have your attention yet?! Listen to today's episode if you have felt or are feeling any of the above emotions. We are talking all about tracking your nutritional intake and why this is extremely beneficial and dare I say, "essential to determining whether or not you really are doing 'everything right'!"
The trackers that we mention in today's episode are MyFitnessPal and Cronometer. (We are not sponsored by these app/companies and are solely sharing our personal experience with these apps. )
