Feeling safe is an inside job. By guiding you into a state of deep relaxation between sleep and wakefulness, this Yoga Nidra practice takes you on an immersive journey toward inner safety and benevolent resourcing.

You will be guided through body scanning, breathing techniques, and restorative visualizations designed to edit unconscious patterns and limiting beliefs positively. This serves to cultivate a sense of ease and resourcefulness from within, regardless of external circumstances.

Navigating through an ecosystem of visualization, sensation, emotions, thoughts, imagination, and memories invites positive changes in our unconscious patterns. This practice empowers you towards deep tranquility, meeting your internal resources in a magnificent visual palace, and benefiting both physical and mental well-being.

Preparation: Lie down on your back with all the supports you need. You may use a light blanket, pillow, eye mask, or bolster under your knees if you wish.

Awareness of polarities: Experience and integrate opposite feelings to train yourself to RESPOND instead of REACTING to prompting stimuli
