While I've discussed the importance of EPA and DHA when it comes to our health in previous podcasts, it's important to understand where to optimally obtain these key fatty acids and spoiler alert: many supplemental forms suck. They either lack the proper dosage required to have any notable effect or have oxidation or impurity issues. We'll discuss this sourcing topic in depth on today's episode and give you daily recommended dosages along with sharing the SMASH acronym of where to find these in your food sources. Topics include:

- Why Your Fish Oil Probably Sucks

- Our Youtube Channel

- Please Share, Rate, and Review

- Why You Would Take Fish Oil

- Dosage of DHA and EPA

- Cognitive Performance Study

- Oxidation or Damaged Supplements

- Heavy Metals or Impurities

- Recommenced Dosage of EPA and DHA

- The SMASH Acronym for Food Sources
