The theme of this podcast is that Noone has the right to control you. Sara has been through the struggle of extricating herself from these situations and in this podcast she shares 10 tips on how to never wind up in that place.
She also has a poignant relationship with the Song “You Don’t Own Me” by artist Lesley Gore, a song from the 60’s that she heard at a particular time after a conversation with her mom. Sara wanted to share the story of how synchronistic it was with her mom. She didn’t get to call her mom for a couple of days, and then her mom passed away before Sara got to share the story.
