This week, incest survivor Susan Glenney shares her healing journey and encourages others to find their path. Acknowledging trauma is the first step toward change. We explore the importance of finding the right tools (some free) and the consequences of not healing.

Susan is the author of two books: Moments in Time with 16 Men and The Bow Tie. A portion of each book sold will be donated to New Horizons, a 24-hour domestic violence service and shelter in Middletown, Connecticut.
