Sodium is one of the main nutrients of concern because Americans are getting too much, but does this extend to our children too? This week we are talking about sodium for kids and how our children’s dietary patterns may have them exceeding the guidelines and affecting their health. We also talk about some ways to decrease your child’s sodium intake.
