In this episode Pastor and Author Tim Morey, and Fitness Expert Kris Germain welcome Pastor and CrossFitter Doug Lee to gnaw on the meaty bone of "Functional Spirituality".

We use progressions in CrossFit, and just about any athletic discipline or sport, to get more out of our bodies, and to be able to do more things, and do them well. We talk and practice "Functional Fitness" to play harder or recover from a broken or weak state. The goal, of course, is a physical transformation.

What does it look like if we apply progressions to our spiritual state?

Pastor Tim Morey and CrossFit 310 owner Kris Germain share a love for CrossFit, training, leadership, and all things gospel. They have been getting together for years over a cup of coffee, to wade deep into the conversational waters of the Bible and barbell, grace and conditioning, the heartbreaking love of the Father and our identities as his adopted children.
