I want to educate, inspire, and motivate individuals. I was injured in the military which eventually led to me being on dialysis for six years due to kidney failure. I eventually received a kidney transplant. I want to inform the community about ways to prevent having kidney issues. However, if they do encounter problems, I want to help them with their journey.

We talk about all things kidney health and dialysis wellness. You can do nothing without good time management skills, the ability to prioritize your activities, and then organize it all in a way the flows with your life making it realistic to practice consistently. We are passionate about teaching people how to protect their kidney health as well as supporting people who are on dialysis to discover wellness again with the skills listed above.
