Vegan Enlightenment is a channel created by Idan Light, founder of The Feel Good Cafe based in London. Having developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in his teens, Idan spent few years bed-bound. Veganism, oxygen therapy and water fasting helped him recover and enabled him to open a vegan cafe in 2015.
