My name is Terry all about Anna and I have had eczema since the age of five. Over the course of 15 years I became addicted to steroid creams and ointments. It wasn't until I was 20 years old and experienced my first death in the family that my body went into a full body shock and no amount of steroids made any difference on my skin. This took me on a journey of healing naturally and eventually mastering my own patterns that I now I'm passionate about sharing in teaching others through my YouTube channel and through more personalized and customized care through my holistic eczema coaching program. I truly believe that if you are still alive no matter how much pain you're going through, it is for a reason. And that the source of our suffering can be the source of the gifts that we are meant to share with the world to help others heal from the same pain and suffering that we survived.

Today's episode:

-Terry’s story battling eczema - from conventional to holistic

- What is eczema? How do we know that we have it?

- What are the root causes of eczema? What should we address?

-How does climate affect our skin?

-Homemade remedies for holistic healing

-Why you need to address the internal and external to really heal
