In this episode, the secrets of aging gracefully are revealed, all rooted in ancient wisdom and philospohy. Who better to share than Prakash Chegu, a Spiritual Alchemist, Yogi Mystic, Healer, and an internationally renowned Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Prakash draws upon his background in engineering technology and his experience growing up in India in a family rich in culture and traditions where he became accustomed to mantras, chants and, of course, yoga. These two distinct disciplines are combined to culminate a transcendental experience. He shares his knowledge of the deep-rooted Hindu traditions of Ayurveda, Jyotisha, Vaastu and Kundalini Yoga with his clients and students.
Prakash is also a healer in an ancient Yogic Technology called Sat Nam Rasayan. Translation: deep healing in the true identity. Very apropos on the topic of menopausal health and wellness. This episode is especially relevant for women navigating perimenopause, as it's a time when the transition should be all about embracing one's true identity.
Prakash Chegu will be returning regularly to delve deeper into each of these therapeutic methods, as there is an abundance of information to explore, far beyond what we can cover in a single episode.
