Welcome to the All Things Menopausal Podcast! I am your host, Mary Lee and I am a Menopause Doula! There's a doula for that? Yes, there is!

The Greek term doula means a woman who serves. Serving women by augmenting the healthcare profession is the role of a menopause doula, also referred to as a menopause support practitioner. I created this podcast and my business Emme Elle Coaching to support women through the peri to post menopause transition.
Trained under the Doula Canada in Toronto, Canada, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in hormonal health, the science of our hormones as we age, optimizing nutrition to support hormone changes, holistic lifestyle choices to address symptoms, the benefits and risks of menopause hormone therapy, and so much more.
By I'm no expert. I research, curate, and share while also being a compassionate listener - role #1 for a doula. I'm bringing this knowledge to the airways each week, spotlighting the professional advice, guidance and experiences of guest experts in the field of women's health and wellness.
We cover topics including nutrition, sleep management, pelvic floor health, libido, hormone fluctuation, mediation and spiritual development, energy centre balancing, optimal exerices to support bone and heart health, vaginal atrophy, and so much more. If it's related to all things menopausal, we will certainly talk about it!
