Happy New Year, listeners! We took a little break from the show to rest and prepare ourselves for an amazing year ahead, and we’re back and better than ever! In this episode, we’re sharing our tips for setting realistic goals, taking stock of what’s energizing you (and what’s depleting you), and how you can lean into courage more than ever in 2023.

Some key takeaways on how to audit your life this January are:

  • If you’re not sure what to work on next, write down what you’re spending your time on each day, and rank them on a scale of most to least restorative and joyous for you. Keep what’s energizing you and get rid of the rest.
  • What do you love about yourself? This time of year has us thinking about what we want to change about ourselves, but it’s important to take stock of what we want to maintain in 2023 as well!
  • As you set your goals, think about why that goal is important to you and how achieving it will serve you. Not only does this make you more likely to achieve it, it can also keep you motivated all year long.
