I remember thinking to myself, "I will NEVER open up to him again. I will NEVER let him into my heart again. I will NEVER share my thoughts, desires, hopes or dreams with him ever again!" I was wounded, devastated, and didn't think I could.

But then I came to realize how vital it was to open up again if we were ever going to reconcile our relationship.

In order for relationship to work, vulnerability is key. We have to be willing to be authentic, open and honest in the marriage.
