After betrayal, even if you've decided to reconcile the relationship, you can still have a hard time being vulnerable with your spouse.

  • What if he/she betrays be again?
  • What if I get hurt again?
  • What if they lie to me again?
  • What if he/she judges my feelings?

All these are valid fears.

But how can we get past our fears and anxiety to become vulnerable and open back up to our spouse? Should we?
