During the Marine Corps Marathon in 2004, BethAnn Telford heard a loud pop in her head. In the following days BethAnn began to lose her memory – she couldn’t remember names, dates, directions.

An MRI not long after, revealed she had a brain tumor.

The next year BethAnn had the tumor surgically removed – but it wasn’t without consequences. BethAnn lost the sight in her left eye, she could no longer have children, she had to learn to stand and walk again, her bladder permanently shutdown and experienced seizures.

In time, BethAnn’s fighting spirit saw her running again and in 2017 she completed the unimaginable, the World Marathon Challenge – 7 marathons, in 7 days, on 7 continents.
