Nathan Farrugia is a CEO, entrepreneur, business performance coach, TEDx and motivational speaker, philanthropist and ultra-endurance athlete.

Nathan has completed the Marathon de Sables, UTMB twice and numerous other endurance events. In 2011, Nathan completed a world first by running 27 marathons, in 27 days in each of the 27 European Union countries.

In this episode Nathan talks about flowstate, altruism and selflessness, leadership and what it takes to go beyond perceived limits.
