Approaching the end of the exploration and recognition of our 7 basic energy centers, we reach the 6th and much-discussed third eye chakra. In the modern way of life, all our energy centers are constantly besieged and we need to be aware and consciously work to bring them into balance, so that we can maintain them at a good level. Of course, the beauty of this journey of self-knowledge is the fact that the research and exploration never end, we are consistently learning something new. In this meditation, we focus on the third eye, which is associated with all the intellect but also with clairvoyance. Vivid imagination, clear thoughts, the ability to see the aura, to trust our psychic abilities, to become more and more conscious, as well as the pursuit of the transcendent, are some of the signs that this chakra is starting to open and balance. If you have crystals such as amethyst, sugilite, white quartz, lepidolite, tanzanite, or iolite, you can have them with you or hold them during this meditation. Find a quiet place, close your cell phone or any distraction and dedicate these minutes to yourself. If you are driving or doing something that needs your attention, please download it and listen to it when it’s time to relax. If you are pregnant and feel some discomfort, you can save this meditation and practice it after giving birth. Enjoy! Written by Nikoleta Kounenidaki, Chryssa Kourenta. Narrated by Nikoleta Kounenidaki. Music by Chryssa Kourenta. Recorded at OpenStudio Post.
