Todays podcast dives in to how I contribute to the conversation around Trauma. Trauma is a big part of many of my clients lives, and mine too, and I believe through my lived experience, and the hundreds of people I have worked with, that navigating Trauma is really important to allow us to live the lives we really desire. I cant talk trauma without please giving a TRIGGER WARNING.
In this conversation I will talk about abuse and origins of trauma. It isn't in any graphic detail but it is there.
We will also cover;

- Herbal medicine and minerals that may help support trauma and how they help.

- How we can support the body to let go of trauma.

- What is trauma and how does it begin?

- My process of navigating trauma recovery with a mind, body and spirit approach.

- The team that surrounds you and how impactful this can be to your journey.

As always, my inbox is open to you, especially if you need any help in taking the first step to looking at this work. You can reach out at bewell@ecomumma.com or head to my website at www.charmainenewmark.com

If you are needing immediate support or this conversation has bought up any concerning feelings, please reach out to Lifeline on 13 11 14.
