Managing stress can be a tough thing, especially if you just listen to the usual advice out there and focus too much on to-do lists and all this type of shallow motivational stuff. #stress #managestress #personaldevelopment

There is a deeper line that most people don't talk about when it comes to managing stress and this line is understanding the real problems behind it.

Where does stress come from? Why people get so stressed in life and how have I managed to build such a stress-free life?

Most of it comes down to philosophy. Stoic philosophy literally changed my life and helped me built what I consider today, almost a stress-free life.

In this video I'm going to show you how you can manage stress and control stress by understanding where all this stress comes from and how incorporating these techniques into your day-to-day life can help you relax and live the life you've always wanted to live.
