In this episode Ashley and I talk about what it was like to navigate a breast cancer diagnosis at 28 years old with an 18 month old.

Ashley goes into how important it is to listen to your body and advocate for yourself and your own health. She knew something was really wrong when she was pregnant and she was written off as if her symptoms were normal.

Ashley wants women to really pay attention to your body and advocate for yourself and looking into natural approaches through recovery.

Ashly is a true example of someone helping me Change The World, One S.M.I.L.E. At A Time by leading by example at such a young age. Cancer does not discriminate!
