Struggling with motivation? You're not alone. If we were boxers this would be known as the Summer of Body Blows. Cancellations, adaptations, and heat have made it tough and today we acknowledge that while trying to talk ourselves into a positive space. Hopefully you can find some motivation, and get a better grip one how this bizarre little stretch of life can help us become better athletes and people.
