Welcome back to the CYCLICAL Podcast! A common reason women have worked with me over the years has been to restore their libido. The subject of restoring the libido though is a BIG conversation with lots of layers and considerations. Hint: you’re not deficient in some random supplement - we have to look at WHY your body has decreased in sexual desire!
