In this first part of a new series on the show called Quarantine & Chill in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, I sit down with my best friend Anthony Micallef as we explore how he navigates the world as someone with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, we talk a little bit about disability and friendship, and most importantly we delve into how this pandemic will affect a disabled person like him, and why social distancing is critically important right now. Enjoy!

You can follow Anthony on twitter @_amicallef

You can also donate to The Muscular Dystrophy Society of Canada

You can also see the embarrassing Britney Spears lip-sync we talk about me doing back in 2009 here.
