If you don't resolve your internal wound, it won't matter what your relationship status is - problems will always re-emerge
In this episode I talk about how current relationships mirror old wounds that are looking to be healed. The old wound that has never been healed (e.g. I'm not enough) will want closure or resolution in people who evoke this vey wound.
Healing now is vital so that you can make decisions about relationships with clarity, understanding patterns and giving you autonomy of how you would like to act.
