Matthew Lee Willis is a parkour extraordinaire, stuntman, and entrepreneur! As a lifetime practitioner of the moving arts, from gymnastics to parkour and freerunning, no obstacle is too high for him to overcome. Founder of the BAM Academy, a parkour and freerunning gym based out of Austin, TX, his mission is to promote physical fitness through leaps, vaults, and flips (done safely, of course, we don’t want any broken bones *cough* Kyle *cough*).

Kyle & Caroline chat with Matthew this week about the difference between parkour and freerunning, how to overcome obstacles both on the street and in life, and how anyone can become an urban ninja, no matter your age. Pop in your earbuds and hit the streets, it’s time to get moving!
