On today's bonus episode, I have Daniele Giovannucci (CEO of COSA). Daniele stops by the show to discuss sustainability the sheer amount of food waste that goes on in America. It is not enough the Daniele is known around the world for his organization's ability to measure sustainability, but he is arguably one of the most well informed and humble individuals I have met. His story of moving to the U.S. when he was six (speaking only Italian) and graduating high school by 15 (top of his class) is only part of his journey to the sustainability field. I found myself thinking about my purpose in life, and left the conversation feeling inspired to make a difference (whatever that may be). You can learn more about COSA at www.thecosa.org
