Have you ever noticed how everyone in the diet industry sounds the same? Everyone wants you to eat more vegetables, get more sleep, drink more water, and exercise more.

I don’t disagree with this advice, but here’s the problem – it's surface level advice. It’s what the 95% are doing and it’s why you’re in the Defeated Dieter stage.
